How does it work?

1. CHOOSE YOUR BRAND

Pick from one of the designs above that you like and best represents your business. The business name, tagline (if applicable) and colours will be customised for your brand.

 

Upon pressing the BUY NOW button, you will be directed to the Semi-custom Branding Questionnaire for your completion online.

 

2. PAYMENT

Once we receive your completed questionnaire with your business name/tagline, preferred colours you would like included - we will email a tax invoice within 24 hours for your payment.

 

3. CUSTOMISATION/APPROVAL

Once payment is received in full, the customisation of your design will commence and you will receive a proof within 3 - 5 business days.

 

Once the artwork proof is approved and no other changes are required - final files will be provided within 2 - 3 business days from approval. You will have 1 revision opportunity once received to make revisions.

 

*If further revisions are required please note these changes will be charged at an hourly rate and time-frame may differ.

 

4. FINALISE

Receive your brand identity suite within 10 working days* to use and up-level to a professional brand identity.

Additional Information

+ What files will I receive?

 

Final Files of your logos will be provided as EPS, JPG and PNG format for web & print use in black, white along with your brand colours.

+ Will I be able to edit them?

Final files of your logos will not be able to be edited as text will be embedded/outlined into the documents.

+ Do you offer refunds?

Once purchased there is no refund or exchange due to the nature of the product. All designs are copyright to Leoca Designs Pty Ltd are not to be resold, copied or redistributed.

+ Will the logos be unique for my business?

The brands will be customised for your business with your colours/name/tagline however not exclusive, as they will be sold more than once. Should you wish for your logo to be unique, contact Clare for a quote for a custom designed brand.

+ How many revisions does it include?

Purchase includes 1 revision. If you require further changes after that they will be charged via an hourly rate.

+ Are there images/mockups included?

 

Images/Mock-ups are not included with purchase.

+ Are there fonts included?

The fonts used are free to use for commercial purposes. They will be embedded into the documents (outline of fonts). 

+ Can I get additional material set up for me?

Yes! If you would like any marketing material like brochures, business cards, letterhead, signage, packaging designs or even a website, contact Clare for a quote.
